An important issue with any product you purchase, whether it be a motor car, renewable energy system or a new television, a warranty is important for peace of mind knowing that if anything does go wrong, it will be fixed at no cost to the consumer. Some systems cost upwards of $40,000.00, so warranty is very important when spending large amounts of money such as this.

K & C Stork will honor any and all warranties given by the individual manufacturers of the equipment that we sell and install, as well as a full 12 month warranty on all our installation works, in accordance with AS4509. This means that if your system fails in any way, we will fix it at no cost to you, the consumer (providing the installation has been maintained properly. As an example, if you did not service your new motor car according to schedule, warranty will be void). We will guarantee that any equipment we supply and install will operate efficiently with each other and compatibility is assured.

If you require an ongoing maintenance program, we can supply this at minimal annual charge. We will service your batteries, clean terminals, check all electrical connections for corrosion, tighten any loose fittings and supply a basic report on your power system two - six times a year, depending on equipment installed, all in accordance with AS4509.3. Most people can do this themselves with our instruction, and reference to the supplied owners manual supplied with every system installed by us.

If you want to supply equipment from other sources, and have us install it, we will not guarantee that it will work efficiently, and we will not service it at our cost. You will be liable for service charges to repair any equipment supplied by others, so if you happen to find a cheaper price elsewhere, think about what service you can expect, you get what you pay for. This is generally a universal practise for all suppliers and installers.
